History & Overview

Welcome to the Constituent Government College, Richha, Baheri of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P.). This college has been started from the session 2022-23 with the coordinated efforts of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Hon’ble Prof. K. P. Singh, the Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly, (U.P.) It has been catering the academic needs of the students of remote rural villages in the periphery of Richha Town. It also goes to the credit of the college that most of the girls prefer to study here in spite of many nearby private colleges. The College focuses on introducing innovative practices, enhancing quality and installing social responsibility among students.

We, at Constituent Govt. College, Richha, Baheri ensure high quality education which motivates and empower our students to be lifelong learners and the productive numbers of society. At CGC Richha, education is not just the amount of information that is put into learner’s brain but our education system is the one that cater the individual needs of society. We want all our students to achieve their full potential. Our task is to make it possible and our mission is to provide platform for the same.

Our college imparts values and education to the students and makes them involve in community programmes and continues to move forward together with confidence, pride and enthusiasm. Our goal is to make students achieve their full potential. Our mission is to provide a platform for enabling the great task for the students. We believe in enriching students centered, balanced and structured curriculum imparted with focus also on student welfare. We are committed to support the learning experiences through quality instruction and guidance that addresses the needs of the students. We work to provide students that address student specific needs both academically and socially.

I, personally believe that an education system develops the imagination of students is richer than the one that doesn’t. Creativity along with education allows individuals and cultures to move forward leading to innovation. Students are also initiated in activities which actively promote a healthy lifestyle and taught how to contribute effectively to sustainability and conservation of environment. We happily welcome all our parents to take an active role in the education of their children and to be the active participants so that we can work together in the interests of everyone. We always strive to build strong parent teacher relationship which is very important for the academic success of our students. I welcome you all to an outstanding learning community where everyone is dedicated to a high standard of excellence.
