समस्त छात्र-छात्राएं महाविद्यालय वेबसाइट पर आवेदन करते समय ध्यानपूर्वक अपना स्वयं का ही मोबाइल नं० (जो कि स्वयं के आधार कार्ड से लिंक हो) व स्वयं की ही ई-मेल आई०डी० भरना सुनिश्चित करेंगे, किसी भी स्थिति में कोई भी छात्र-छात्रा कैफे वाला या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का मो० नं०/ ई-मेल आई०डी० आवेदन के समय न भरें अन्यथा की स्थिति में भविष्य में डिजी शक्ति पोर्टल (स्मार्टफोन/टैबलेट वितरण हेतु) पर मो० नं०/ ई-मेल आई०डी० भिन्न होने के फलस्वरूप सम्बन्धित छात्र-छात्रा के शासन की उक्त योजना से वंछित रह जाने पर स्वयं छात्र-छात्रा ही पूर्णतः उत्तरदायी होंगे।
